I have written Unfold Your Wings
and Watch Life Take Off and created A Life Discovered
Community because my only wish is to help others. I have
spent the last 23 years attending to my own personal development
and I am now at peace.

Off and share my journey from restless young man to peaceful
adult; through the many personal stories used to illustrate
my book. Most of these stories happened in Northern Ireland,
the country where I was born, raised and lived my life as a
