My name is Brian Murphy and I am a qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist working in these fields for a number of years.

My main aim is to work with those people who to come me in helping them find the answers that they need thus allowing them to grow and move on with their lives in a way that is good for them. I am always amazed at the courage and strength that the people who come to me have and yet so often they choose not to see it for so long.

I encourage everyone to listen to the words that they use daily and ask if they are limiting themselves as a result or are they opening up possibilities. If we are honest with ourselves, how many times do we say, yes when we know the right answer for us is in fact, no. So many people fail to see the power that we have in our own mind and words. Those who see the power start to realise their real potential and attain contentment in so much of their lives.
